Meanwhile, a member of the Regular Army not controlled by the players drops down with them. At the end of the cave is some sort of chamber that houses their leader, the Invader King. This leads to the Invaders' hive, a wide open cave full of organic terrain that houses captured Mars People in pods. The Invaders are hidden much deeper, so a couple of Slug Diggers are used to dig their way in. With the hideout fully excavated, the three armies begin their assault. The Regular Army, Rebels, and Mars People have all arrived at the main impact site of the Invaders. "Ancient Law" is the final mission of Metal Slug 6.
